Against an increasingly febrile backdrop of authoritarianism, national outrages, global conflict, poverty, and general mistrust, Britain's Prime Minister Keir Starmer has resigned. This clips shows one of the UK's notable political figures, Count Binface, voicing his support for Andy Burnham as the next leader of the Labour Party. The mayor of Greater Manchester for the past decade, Burnham defeated local councillor Rob Kenyon in key recent by-elections and is now heading to Westminster as a Member of Parliament. Count Binface is an "independent space warrior" created by comedian Jonathan David Harvey who steadfastly lampoons the nation's political landscape by standing as a novelty candidate - including against Burnham and previously against then-Prime Minister Rishi Sunak. David Cameron is the last UK Prime Minister to serve a full parliamentary term fter being elected in 2010.
