Musk unveils “the best of the last of the human-driven cars"

Beyond a sportscar..... Elon Musk, CEO of electric vehicle and energy company Tesla, has unveiled a new Wow factor at a livestreamed event in Texas, USA: a car that (as explained by Morning Brew) 'used its fan suction system to generate enough downforce to drive upside down on a parabolic ramp, spin around, and then activate thrusters to glide to a landing'. Spectacular stuff. Never mind the next James Bond, what will he be driving? As usual, there's a fair amount of controversy around the reveal, with the more down-to-earth drivers uninterested, and others uber-excited, by such antics. No price tag has been put on the vehicle yet, but a deposit of US$50,000 is required to get on the waiting list for the most basic version. Your thoughts?
