What do you make of this ad for ad-free streaming service Netflix? Friendly aliens get great entertainment from human stories being shown after happening upon a viewing screen. The footage is directed by special effects artist Robert Stromberg ('Avatar', 'Maleficent', 'Master and Commander'). The campaign's title, 'The World Is On Netflix' is no idle claim: Despite fierce upcoming competition, the ad-free service can still claim to be "the world's leading streaming entertainment service with 208 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, documentaries and feature films across a wide variety of genres and languages".
