Green & Black's started out as a purveyor of organic chocolate founded in 1991 by Craig Sams and Josephine Fairley, and became hugely popular as such, winning Britain's first Fairtrade mark. There was furore among fans when the ethical firm was gobbled up by Cadbury (2005), itself now part of U.S. Mondelez International, and when it began to produce non-organic chocolate (2016). The choco brand continues to surprise - or annoy, depending on your point of view - by adding a twist to this for its Velvet edition. What do you make of it?
